BR234 reserves the right to perform age and identity verification checks at any time during your account lifetime — not only at registration. Failure to complete any verification request within 7 calendar days may result in account restrictions.

3. Account Registration & Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account at BR234. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering at BR234, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. This information must match the identity documents you submit for verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your BR234 account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication devices or codes. BR234 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify BR234 support immediately at support@br234.best.

• Do not share your BR234 account credentials with any other person for any reason.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets or conduct transactions through your account.
• If you discover any unauthorised transaction on your account, report it to BR234 support immediately.
• BR234 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials or failed to secure their account adequately.

BR234 reserves the right to verify account details against Philippine government databases and third-party identity verification providers at any time. Accounts found to have been created with false, incomplete, or misleading information will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings generated may be voided.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

BR234 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside BR234's control and are not reimbursed. 5. Withdrawals

Before processing any withdrawal, BR234 requires:

The following general bonus rules apply across all BR234 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless BR234 explicitly states that multiple bonuses can be combined.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before being eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal).

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at BR234 are subject to these general rules and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the BR234 sports betting section. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once BR234 has issued a bet confirmation and the bet appears in your account's bet history. Bets shown as "Pending" are not yet confirmed. BR234 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet confirmation is issued with specific odds, those odds are locked — BR234 will not alter accepted bet odds after confirmation.
• Abandoned or Postponed Matches: If a match is postponed and not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned before completion, settlement follows BR234's specific rules for each sport.
• Incomplete Markets: If a specific betting market cannot be settled due to insufficient match data (e.g., a match is abandoned before enough play for a specific market to resolve), that market is voided.
• Error Odds: If BR234 publishes incorrect odds due to a manifest error, BR234 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those incorrect odds. Manifest errors include obvious typographic errors, odds that are substantially different from the true market value, and technical glitches that generate impossible odds.

Parlay (multi-leg) bets at BR234 require all individual selections to be settled as winners for the parlay to win. If any leg is voided, the parlay continues with the remaining legs with adjusted odds. If a parlay contains only one remaining leg after all voids, it is treated as a single bet.

8. Casino & Live Casino Games

By participating in any casino game at BR234, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by RNG or live dealer outcomes that cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• All game results are final once a round is completed. Technical issues that do not affect the game outcome do not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or any technical errors in the BR234 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to BR234 and will be voided.
• Using the BR234 platform for any commercial purpose, including running a betting agency or syndicate through your BR234 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BR234 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Returns

BR234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause — including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, ongoing investigation, regulatory instruction from PAGCOR, or the player's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, BR234 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach — particularly involving fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering — the balance may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request, or where BR234 closes an account without cause, any remaining verified balance (after deduction of any active bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

13. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use BR234 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 14. Limitation of Liability

BR234 is not liable for:

• The actions of third-party payment providers — including GCash, Maya, and banks — including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits BR234's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of BR234 are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The PAGCOR regulatory framework and all applicable Philippine gaming legislation apply.

In the event of a dispute between you and BR234, you should first contact our support team at support@br234.best. BR234 commits to responding to all player disputes within 5 business days and to resolving straightforward disputes within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. You agree that PAGCOR's determination on any gaming-related dispute is final and binding.

16. Changes to These Terms

BR234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BR234 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to the registered email address on your BR234 account at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
• Display a prominent notice on the BR234 platform for at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of BR234 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must notify BR234 and request account closure before the new terms take effect. Accounts closed for this reason will have their verified balance returned in full.
